An office redevelopment comprising a mixture of new and refurbished historic buildings for co-working in East London.
Site acquired in July 2015 and planning consent secured for a new office building aimed at SMEs in the technology and creative media sectors. The scheme provides 23,000 sq ft of offices with a prominent frontage to Whitechapel Road and close to Aldgate East and Whitechapel Crossrail stations. The site is located in the middle of the regeneration area, benefiting from the ongoing infrastructure investment and the continued expansion of the Tech City Hub. The scheme was completed in 2018.
The site was purchased in October 2015. It occupies a strategic location on the eastern fringe of Tech City and the neighborhood is experiencing significant regeneration.
The new scheme will provide 45,000 sq ft of modern tech style offices aimed at SMEs in the digital and creative media sectors.
