This new residential development has full planning consent and construction start is planned for Q4 2022. It will deliver 187 new residential apartments for rent in a 33 floor tower and 43 affordable apartments in the adjacent 10 floor block. The development is located close to East Croydon Station which gives 15 minutes direct fast train access to the City and West End of London. Croydon is identified in the new London Plan as a major growth area and is attracting global business occupiers and tech sector companies as well as a new younger, affluent resident population. Ailon will deliver the scheme as a Net Zero Carbon Scheme via a modular build in order to achieve the highest ESG and sustainability standards.
