Ailon is a real estate investment, development and asset management company with a primary focus on the Nordic Region. The Group also has operations in the UK and Germany.
Ailon designs, builds, operates and owns best in class student and micro-living communities. Our properties are rented to students, young professionals, co-livers and co-workers. We create shared housing centred around flexible living; formulated/stimulated by a unification of functional quarters and social spaces.

Social and demographic changes and an increase in independent lifestyles of young people are reflected more strongly in the emerging micro-living asset class than in virtually any other current housing trend. The demand for living small and flexible is getting increasingly bigger.

We concentrate on affluent cities that are home to major universities with a strong economic base.
We especially target locations with strong science and technology hubs with young workers and students seeking modern, stylish and affordable micro housing solutions.
Our locations all share key characteristics – they are young, vibrant and undergoing structural regeneration. There is a huge demand for our residences and reasonably high barriers of entry into these local markets.

Our platforms are owned together with capital partners, consisting primarily of leading pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions. Present and recent developments and investments include 6,000 apartments and commercial units.
